In the event that you must cancel, we would encourage you to find a suitable replacement to fill your spot.
If you cancel:
- prior to 72 hours of event start time, you will receive a full refund.
- between 72 and 48 hours before event start time, you will receive an event credit to be used for a future event.
- under 48 hours or "no-show's" will receive no refund.
At any time you may invite a "qualified" replacement to take your place. A qualified replacement is someone that meets the same criteria that you met in order to join this event. In most cases they must be the same gender and within the same age range. In some cases they must be of the same religion, political affiliation, etc depended on the "event interest".
If Connections must cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund. Connections
will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified.
However, Connections holds the right to cancel and/or change event times, dates
and locations under certain conditions. These conditions include, but are not
limited to, event venue cancellation or rescheduling, and insufficient number
of participants for the event.
